The 3 tracks on this CD are 20 minutes each and contain actual sound recordings from nature, enhanced with music in the form of simple, weaving, repeating themes, so that you do not end up concentrating on the music.
Relaxation begins in the mind and the music on these tracks is designed not to offer any distraction from the relaxation or meditation process.
Composed and performed by Nikki rosetti, the music is played and recorded at 60 beats per minute to match a relaxed hear rate and each track uses a Tibetan Singing Bowl or piano within the music to set a breathing rhythm.
